Details of the Job/Internship
DreamSetGo is hiring a Manager – Legal with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet a wide range of agreements including sponsorships, endorsements, IP licenses, HR and marketing agreements.
- Provide advisory support on policy, regulatory issues, and litigation matters.
- Collaborate with Dream Sports' central legal team and internal departments.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels for high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Support the development of a robust legal and compliance framework at DreamSetGo.
- • Manage multiple legal projects under tight deadlines.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 4–5 years of experience in legal roles within e-commerce, fintech, or sports agencies.
- Prior experience with commercial contracts, IP agreements, and sponsorship deals.
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
- Ability to engage with cross-functional business teams.
- Passion for sports is essential.
