Details of the Job/Internship

Fidelity Investments is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager – Legal with 10+ years of experience to join their office in Bangalore – EGL.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory on procurement lifecycle including due diligence, drafting, review, execution, and contractual obligations.
• Advise on statutory compliances for business operations.
• Conduct legal due diligence and review agreements for real estate projects.
• Provide guidance on laws regulating employment and HR actions in India.
• Handle legal research and general advisory on business operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws or Master of Laws degree.
• 10+ years of experience in legal roles.
• Experience in litigation and working with MNCs is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
