Fidelity Investments is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – Legal with over 10 years of experience to join their Bengaluru (EGL) office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on business operations including procurement, statutory compliance, real estate, and HR.
• Conduct legal due diligence, draft and review contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global legal teams for alignment with global practices.
• Advise on regulatory matters, risk assessment, and employment-related issues.
• Support process improvements and participate in business decision-making.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in litigation or with a multinational corporation is preferred.
