Details of the Job/Internship
ideaForge is hiring a Manager – Legal with 7–12 years of experience to lead its legal operations in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts including partnerships, collaborations, and cross-border deals.
- Oversee compliance with Drone Rules, DGCA regulations, export-import laws, and defense procurement norms.
- Manage M&A, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements for the listed entity.
- Handle disputes, arbitrations, and litigations in coordination with external counsels.
- Provide legal advice on business transactions, risk mitigation, data privacy, and cybersecurity issues.
- Engage with global law firms on international contracts and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct internal legal training and build compliance frameworks across departments
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution (CS qualification preferred).
- 7–12 years of experience in manufacturing, tech, aerospace, or defense sectors.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and securities laws for listed companies.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
