Details of the Job/Internship

Recykal.com is hiring a Manager – Legal with proven experience in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and governance to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and employment contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, cybersecurity standards, export controls, and industry-specific requirements.
• Managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Coordinating with external counsel for IP protection and legal matters.
• Identifying legal risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Providing legal guidance on business initiatives, product development, and operations.
• Supporting corporate governance functions, including board meetings, shareholder communications, and compliance with corporate laws.
• Drafting, implementing, and maintaining policies such as privacy policies, employee conduct guidelines, and codes of ethics.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Additional qualifications such as LLM, MBA, or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in corporate law, contracts, IP management, compliance, and governance.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal counsel.
