Details of the Job/Internship
Spyne is hiring a Manager – Legal with over 5 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, NDAs, SLAs, vendor and partnership contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and US laws relating to data privacy, employment, and corporate governance.
- Provide legal advisory for product launches, strategic initiatives, and international expansion.
- Develop internal legal templates, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Handle legal notices, dispute management, and coordination with external counsel.
- Support cross-border structuring for global operations, especially in the US market.
- Collaborate with leadership, product, business, and operations teams to mitigate risks and enable business growth.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (LL.M. preferred).
- 5+ years of corporate legal experience, preferably in tech/SaaS/startup environments.
- Strong exposure to Indian and US legal frameworks.
- Proven experience in commercial contract negotiation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced setup.
