Details of the Job/Internship
Spyne is hiring a Deputy Manager / Manager – Legal with over 5+ years of experience to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and US laws covering data privacy, employment, and corporate governance.
- Advise business and product teams on legal implications of new initiatives and international expansion.
- Develop internal legal templates, policies, and documentation frameworks.
- Manage disputes, legal notices, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Support cross-border legal structuring and compliance for international operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to align business goals with legal safeguards.
Eligibility
- LLB required; LLM preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or startup sectors.
- Strong knowledge of both Indian and US legal frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
