Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Manager - Legal with an experience of 7-10 years to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Company Law, corporate governance, and other statutory requirements.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor, M&A, investment, partnership, and employee agreements.
- Drive compliance and regulatory frameworks, manage legal risks, disputes, and litigation.
- Lead IPR management, including trademark, copyright, and patent filings and enforcement.
- Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, business expansion, and commercial/technology projects.
- Lead and mentor the legal team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a high-performance work environment.
- Oversee dispute resolution processes and manage external counsel in litigation matters.
- Support and enhance corporate governance policies and frameworks.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) certification and an LLB degree.
- Relevant experience of 7-10 years.
- Hands-on experience in IPR (Intellectual Property Rights).
- Expertise in company law, contract law, corporate governance, RBI regulations, and investment laws.
