Tata Projects is hiring for the position of Manager - Legal to join their office in Mumbai & Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling and management of Court litigation and Arbitration Matters (this includes traveling to attend to these matters).
- Legal evaluation of the tender documents.
- Review, drafting, and negotiate the several MoUs, agreements, NDAs, JV agreements, etc.
- Negotiating and finalizing Work Orders and agreements with several vendors to support the SCM Team.
- Drafting of responses to the legal notices including the issuance of legal notices including contractual letters.
- Preparing MIS and other case update sheets monthly.
- Other incidental works like legal research of judgments..
Eligibility
- Candidates must have between 10 to 15 years of professional experience in the legal field.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is mandatory.
