Details of the Job/Internship
Vridhi Home Finance is hiring a Manager – Legal with strong expertise in debt recovery and financial litigation to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all legal actions for loan recovery under SARFAESI, NI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and Civil Procedure Code.
- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.
- Coordinate with empaneled advocates, issue instructions, and monitor their performance.
- Draft, review, and finalize demand notices, petitions, affidavits, and recovery-related documents.
- Evaluate high-risk accounts and NPAs to recommend appropriate legal recovery strategies.
- Maintain and update the Legal Case Management Information System (MIS).
- Track case progress and prepare region-wise reports for senior management.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
- Strong knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and relevant civil and criminal laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Proven experience managing multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
