Details of the Job/Internship
Worldline is looking for a Manager – Legal with 4–5 years of experience to oversee commercial legal operations and support business functions to work at their Mumbai Office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, banks, vendors, and partners.
- Assess tenders and RFPs to identify legal risks and provide solutions.
- Manage MSAs, software agreements, licensing, leasing, NDAs, MoUs, and teaming agreements.
- Prepare legal documents such as Powers of Attorney, affidavits, notices, and submissions.
- Provide legal support to Finance, Risk, Audit, Compliance, Technology, and M&A teams.
- Assist in litigation and dispute management processes.
- Prepare and maintain legal MIS and reports for management.
- Support digitization initiatives within the legal department.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); additional qualifications are an advantage.
- 4–5 years of experience in commercial legal practice, preferably in technology or financial services.
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders.
- Based in Mumbai.
