Navi is hiring a Manager – Litigation with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise senior stakeholders on legal strategies for ethical, compliant, and scalable debt management processes.
• Handle and resolve debt-related disputes and litigation.
• Coordinate with external counsel as required.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation strategies and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal business, compliance, and legal teams to develop practical solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with external counsel and regulatory bodies.

Eligibility

• 5–7 years of experience in litigation, civil procedure, and relevant laws in India.
• Prior experience in debt management within banks, NBFCs, or asset reconstruction companies preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High ethical standards and strong interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
