Details of the Job/Internship
Tata Play Ltd. is hiring a Manager – Regulatory Affairs with 6+ years of experience to join their office in Delhi. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and managing government affairs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance and handle government affairs.
- Act as a liaison between Tata Play and regulatory authorities including TRAI, MIB, DoT, WPC and NOCC.
- Respond to correspondences and queries from regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely and consistent responses to customer complaints received through MIB/TRAI.
- Monitor the quality of LPO handling consumer complaints.
- Research and provide inputs on sectoral consultation papers issued by TRAI.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect information for regulatory submissions.
- Manage workflows for consumer grievances.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address grievances promptly.
- Analyse regulatory data submitted to statutory authorities.
Eligibility
- Good understanding of Media & Entertainment laws and IT laws.
- Strong government and external liaisoning capabilities.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage heavy workloads.
- Good law firm experience.
- B.A. LLB with 6+ years of experience.
