Details of the Job/Internship
UnitedLex is hiring a Manager with 5 years of experience for Contract Review within the Contract Review business unit to be based in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead project management ensuring adherence to Statement of Work (SOW) and best practices.
- Manage staffing, budgeting, invoicing, and workflow coordination.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams as the primary project contact.
- Motivate and mentor team members including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers.
- Maintain accurate project data and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Participate in client-facing communications and project status updates.
- Support internal process enhancements and innovation initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop team capability.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong grasp of contracting best practices and confidentiality protocols.
- Proficient with contract automation tools and MS Office.
- Law degree (LLB or LLM).
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.
