Details of the Job/Internship
Xoxoday is hiring a qualified Manager – Legal & Company Secretary with relevant experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure company-wide compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Organize board meetings, draft resolutions, and maintain statutory records.
- Handle statutory filings with regulatory bodies such as the RoC.
- Maintain statutory registers and legal documentation.
- Advise on governance practices and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Provide legal opinions and draft/review commercial contracts.
- Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel.
- Conduct legal and compliance training sessions for employees.
- Perform legal research and keep updated on regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and Company Secretary (CS) qualification from ICSI.
- Proven experience as a Company Secretary in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
