Details of the Job/Internship
Times Internet is hiring a Manager – Legal with over 5 years of experience to join their office in Noida or Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize proposals and agreements, including content licensing, MSAs, service agreements, and more.
- Advise on legal issues related to IT/internet laws, copyright, trademarks, data privacy, and consumer protection.
- Interpret and apply relevant laws and provide practical legal solutions to business teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Ensure legal compliance in domestic and global contexts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law, preferably from a Tier 1 law school.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the digital media or publishing industry.
