Details of the Job/Internship

Rayzon Solar is hiring for the position of Manager- Legal affairs with 13-15 years to join their office in Surat. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the legal department, ensuring delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality legal support across all business functions.
• Develop and execute legal strategies aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.
• Manage complex legal matters, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and regulatory issues.
• Advise senior management on key legal, compliance, and governance issues.
• Ensure the company's operations are fully compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough legal research to monitor changes in legislation and assess their potential impact on the business.
• Present legal updates and strategic advice to the executive team and board of directors.
• Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing legal team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Eligibility

• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized institution.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Exceptional contract negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in managing legal operations and advising at the executive level.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and departmental budgeting.
• Minimum of 13–15 years of relevant legal experience, ideally within a corporate environment; experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly preferred.
