Details of the Job/Internship
Mosaic Wellness is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – Legal and Compliance with 3 years of experience to join their office in Thane.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
- Draft inter-company agreements in line with arm’s length pricing.
- Manage intellectual property and litigation, including consumer-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, IP, and data protection laws.
- Advise management on risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee secretarial functions including compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
- Maintain statutory records and file documents with the Registrar of Companies.
Eligibility
- Law degree or relevant legal qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal, compliance, and secretarial roles.
- Prior experience in a law firm preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
