Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Limited (“ACRE”) is an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) established under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. It is one of the first ARCs in India and is engaged in the business of acquiring Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) from Banks and Financial Institutions and their resolution as per guidelines stipulated by Reserve Bank of India.

Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Ltd. is hiring a Manager (Authorized Officer) with experience of 5 to 8 years to join their office in Mumbai & Delhi.
- An exciting opportunity to join the Retail team of Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise (ACRE), one of India’s largest & fastest-growing ARCs.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM.
- Experience - 5-8 Years.
- Experience in Collecting/recovering Secured and Unsecured Loans and NPA resolution, plus knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, DRT, CMM, and other relevant litigation, would be an advantage.
- Candidates from ARC, NBFC, and Banks will be preferred.
