Details of the Job/Internship

Archbridge Capital Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with 5+ years of experience to join their corporate office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• LLB degree.
• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Preferably from NBFCs or lending institutions.
• Strong knowledge of SARFAESI, DRT processes, and contract law.

Eligibility

• Manage legal oversight for loan documentation and collateral structuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with borrowers, partners, and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance applicable to NBFC operations.
• Collaborate with risk, operations, and collections teams to mitigate legal risks.
