Details of the Job/Internship
TeamLease RegTech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Manager – Business Legal Affairs with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on labour law compliance, HR practices, and employment regulations.
- Handle client queries related to labour laws, POSH policies, and workplace compliance.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and circulate periodic regulatory updates.
- Guide clients on implementation of labour codes and updated policies.
- Manage labour law litigation and coordinate with legal teams.
- Oversee inspections, audits, and responses to statutory notices.
- Develop alert systems for compliance deadlines and legal updates.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars on labour laws and POSH compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in labour law advisory, compliance, and litigation.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, labour codes, POSH, and workplace regulations.
- Experience in managing client queries, inspections, and litigation.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and webinars.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
