Details of the Job/Internship
Empire Surveillance is hiring a Manager (Claim Investigation) with experience in claims handling and fraud detection to join their office in Bhopal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and process insurance claims efficiently.
- Conduct thorough claim investigations.
- Analyze data to identify patterns or fraudulent activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and insurance regulations.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports and manage a team for effective claims handling.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Experience in claims handling and claims management.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in risk management is a plus.
- Team handling and reporting experience.
