ANSR is hiring for the position of Manager - Company Secretary with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end compliance under the Companies Act and LLP Act.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with the ROC, RD, and other regulatory authorities.
- Oversee legal and compliance aspects of fundraising, including handling due diligence and investor-related compliance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with FEMA regulations, and maintain a consolidated view of the company’s compliance status.
- Operate and track compliance through internal compliance tools, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Provide corporate secretarial support to the organization and client entities.
- Assist the legal team with drafting and reviewing LLP Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, and other legal documentation as required.
Eligibility
- Fully qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS)
- Bachelor of Law (LL.B) – preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a large multinational organization.
- Prior in-house experience in field services, IT, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Exposure to U.S.-based business environments will be an added advantage.
