Details of the Job/Internship
Jubilant Pharmova Limited is hiring a Manager – Compliance (Legal) with over 8 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and implement internal policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage an effective legal compliance program through a compliance committee.
- Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations.
- Update compliance ownership in the Conformity tool and ensure timely status updates by process owners.
- Conduct inspections and validation visits to ensure on-ground compliance.
- Create and implement corrective action plans.
- Train employees on compliance standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate compliance records.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct monthly meetings with key stakeholders to review compliance status.
Eligibility
- LLB qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles (preferably in a similar environment).
