Details of the Job/Internship

Litmus7 is hiring a Manager Corporate Legal with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Kochi.

Role and Responsibilities

 

• Lead the end-to-end drafting, negotiation, and finalization of commercial agreements like MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Establish and manage the complete contract lifecycle process, including the implementation of clear SLAs.
• Own and manage litigation and dispute matters across various forums in coordination with external law firms.
• Design and improve legal frameworks, policies, SOPs, and governance models across the organization.
• Set up digital legal systems for compliance tracking, litigation management, and document repositories.
• Ensure adherence to applicable corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and statutory compliances.
• Provide solution-oriented legal advice to business leaders to support strategic initiatives and market expansion.

 

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in IT services or technology.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is preferred.
• Proven expertise in setting up or transforming legal functions and managing MSA/SOW negotiations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
