Tata Communications is hiring a Manager – Corporate Legal to join their Mumbai office. This operational role involves managing all legal aspects of commercial matters efficiently and cost-effectively, coordinating with business units, supporting merger and demerger activities, and overseeing contract management processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting the legal operations team with the Company’s Contract Management System and coordinating with business units.
- Proactively implementing processes to expedite legal support, documentation, and risk management.
- Reviewing, vetting, and finalizing network-related agreements.
- Negotiating, reviewing, vetting, finalizing, executing, and registering Lease-In and Lease-Out agreements.
- Supporting monetization, bid, and auction processes, including drafting, execution, and registration of agreements and deeds.
- Ensuring all legal documentation complies with statutory regulations.
- Applying commercial, financial, and business acumen with analytical and strategic skills.
- Preparing presentations and using MS Excel for modeling and analysis.
