Details of the Job/Internship

Tata Communications is hiring a Manager – Corporate Legal to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure global compliances for subsidiaries across 38 countries.
• Manage corporate actions and corporate restructuring, interact with external and international lawyers and law firms, and handle cross-functional interactions.
• Understand global corporate secretarial laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and assess implications on Tata Communications in the corporate secretarial space globally.
• Handle work related to incorporation of companies, change of name, alteration of memorandum and articles of association, and change of registered office.
• Support internal cross-functional teams.

• A multi-faceted professional with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and hands-on, with the drive and determination to succeed.

Salary/Stipend
