Details of the Job/Internship
Tata Communications is hiring a Manager – Corporate Legal with experience of 8–12 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team in contract review and negotiation and ensure coordination with business units.
- Review, vet, and finalize MSAs, SOWs, amendments, partner agreements, vendor agreements, and network-related agreements.
- Review RFP documents and provide support and advice.
- Provide local language support in interpreting, translating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal matters.
- Advise business stakeholders on various legal aspects.
- Handle negotiation, review, vetting, finalization, execution, and registration of Lease-Ins and Lease-Outs.
- Manage documentation for monetization bid processes, auction processes, and execution and registration of agreements and deeds in compliance with statutory regulations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. / LL.M.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and creating iterative models.
