Tata Communications is hiring a Manager – Corporate Legal with experience of 8–12 years to join their office in Mumbai BKC. This role is responsible for ensuring that all legal aspects of commercial matters in the region are handled in a swift, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team in contract review and negotiation and ensure strong coordination with various business units.
- Proactively address new processes to expedite legal support, documentation, and risk management.
- Review, vet, and finalize MSAs, SOWs, amendments, partner agreements, vendor agreements, and related documents.
- Review RFP documents and provide support and advice.
- Provide local language support in interpreting, translating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal matters.
- Advise local business stakeholders on various aspects of law.
- Review, vet, and finalize network-related agreements.
- Negotiate, review, vet, finalize, execute, and register Lease-In and Lease-Out agreements.
- Handle monetization bid processes, auction processes, negotiation, drafting, execution, and registration of agreements and deeds in compliance with statutory regulations.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM.
- 8 to 12 years of experience.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to create iterative models.
