Navi is hiring for the position of Manager - Ethics (Investigation) with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Audit, Monitoring & Investigation

• Lead impartial investigations into potential violations of Navi’s Code of Conduct and ethics-related policies.
• Design and implement proactive monitoring systems using forensic tools and investigative methodologies.
• Conduct regular ethics risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Risk teams to ensure fairness and consistency in disciplinary outcomes.
• Liaise with law enforcement or external agencies when addressing serious misconduct or internal fraud.

2. Governance & Reporting

• Manage regulatory and internal reporting related to ethics and compliance.
• Provide regular updates to the Board and CEO on investigation outcomes, risk areas, and trend analysis.

3. Training & Awareness

• Partner with the Ethics Training team to roll out structured learning programs.
• Identify training needs based on investigation trends, employee feedback, and evolving risks.

4. Leadership & Collaboration

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on ethics, compliance, and conduct matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks.

Eligibility

• Education: Chartered Accountant or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Forensics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in investigations, audits, or forensic roles with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end investigations.
• Proven ability to analyze evidence, detect inconsistencies, and prepare well-structured investigation reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and ethical judgment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
