Details of the Job/Internship
TATTVAM – Indirect Tax is hiring a Manager in its Indirect Tax Litigation and Advisory Division with experience of 4–6 years to join its office in North West Delhi. The role involves handling GST advisory and litigation matters, drafting and representing clients before authorities, and supporting litigation strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting replies to show cause notices, appeals, submissions, and legal opinions.
- Representing clients before tax authorities and appellate forums.
- Handling complex GST advisory and litigation matters.
- Conducting legal research and supporting litigation strategy.
Eligibility
- Four to six years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax (GST) Litigation and Advisory.
- Strong knowledge of indirect tax and GST law.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for hearings.
- High professional ethics and ownership mindset.
