Details of the Job/Internship

Enfinity Global is hiring a Manager – Land Legal (Karnataka) with relevant experience in land acquisition to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify suitable land for solar project development in Karnataka.
• Gather and organize data for identified sites.
• Conduct site visits and assess feasibility.
• Finalize land based on legal, technical, and commercial factors.
• Liaise with land brokers, aggregators, and local authorities.
• Conduct initial negotiations with landowners.
• Coordinate with local revenue officers and legal professionals.
• Collect and verify land documents.
• Support legal due diligence and land surveys.
• Ensure timely registration and mutation of land.
