Details of the Job/Internship

Birlasoft is hiring a Manager – Legal & Secretarial with 6–8 years of experience to join their legal team in Noida / Greater Hyderabad Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate procurement and customer contracts including MSAs, SLAs, licensing and confidentiality agreements.
• Lead negotiations with buyers and suppliers.
• Perform due diligence and support audits with Risk and Compliance teams.
• Draft SOPs, process documentation, templates, and provide training.
• Advise on Data Protection and Privacy Laws (EU, US, India, APAC) in collaboration with InfoSec.
• Manage a legal team and conduct quality reviews.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy matters.

Eligibility

• 6–8 years of experience as in-house counsel in IT or manufacturing sector.
• LL.B. (Hons.) or LL.M. from a reputed university.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
