Details of the Job/Internship
Times Internet is hiring a Manager – Legal with 5–10 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on complex business transactions and fintech-related legal issues.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize content licensing agreements, MSAs, service agreements, NDAs, LOIs, app integration agreements, marketing and sales agreements, and global partnership documents.
- Provide legal guidance on IT laws, fintech regulations, copyright, trademarks, advertising, and data privacy.
- Support compliance with digital media, payment, consumer protection, and intermediary regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on legal requirements.
- Manage multiple legal projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Support strategic decision-making with commercial and techno-legal advice.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, preferably from a Tier 1 law school.
- 5+ years of PQE with relevant digital media or fintech experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle diverse legal matters.
