Details of the Job/Internship
Times Internet Limited is hiring a Manager – Legal with 5–10 years of experience in fintech or digital media to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including MSAs, licensing, and partnership contracts.
- Advise business teams on fintech regulations, IT laws, IP, and data protection.
- Ensure legal compliance in digital media, financial technology, and online transactions.
- Provide strategic legal counsel on credit card systems, payment solutions, and digital finance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex business transactions and partnerships.
- Interpret and apply laws related to media, IP, consumer protection, and intermediaries.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (preferably from a Tier 1 law school).
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in digital media or fintech sectors.
- Strong knowledge of IT laws, fintech regulations, and contract management.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
