Details of the Job/Internship
Accordion India is hiring a Manager – Legal and Compliance with 4–6 years of experience to join its Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including supplier, vendor, client, service agreements, and NDAs.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable laws.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates and processes.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and support audits and risk assessments.
- Provide legal research, advisory, and recommendations on risks and compliance.
- Assist in corporate governance matters, dispute resolution, and litigation support.
- Maintain contract databases and records, and handle general legal administrative tasks.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent degree.
- 4–6 years of law firm or in-house legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of contract laws and commercial agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
