Details of the Job/Internship

Boba Bhai is hiring a Legal & Compliance Manager with 4–6 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing all contracts and agreements, including vendors, leases, aggregators, and franchise agreements.
• Ensuring end-to-end regulatory compliance, including FSSAI, labour laws, and licensing requirements.
• Driving store-level compliance across multiple cities.
• Supporting fundraising activities, legal due diligence, and investor documentation.
• Building scalable legal processes and internal policies as the business expands.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of experience (law firm and in-house experience preferred).
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and compliance.
• Experience in QSR, retail, FMCG, or consumer startups.
• Practical, fast-paced, and ownership-driven approach.

Salary/Stipend
