Role and Responsibilities
- Handle Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cases.
- Manage third-party claims and District Consumer Commission cases.
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims.
- Ensure claims are not fraudulent.
- Resolve claim-related issues in accordance with regulations.
- Take necessary measures to control fraudulent policies.
