Details of the Job/Internship
Roha Asset Managers is hiring a Manager – Legal & Compliance with experience of 5–6 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI AIF & PMS regulations and relevant legal frameworks.
- Develop, implement, and oversee all internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements concerning investments, partnerships, and business operations.
- Monitor ongoing regulatory requirements and conduct internal legal audits.
- Provide expert guidance on corporate transactions and mitigate legal risks.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal advisors.
- Advise management on corporate governance and emerging regulatory trends.
Eligibility
- 5–6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong, mandatory knowledge of SEBI AIF and PMS regulations.
- Company Secretary (CS) with a Law Degree is preferred.
- Expertise in fund compliance, contract law, and corporate law.
- NISM Series-III-A certification is considered an advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
