Details of the Job/Internship

Fullife Healthcare is hiring a Legal Compliance professional with experience of 6–8 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing legal support across business functions, including drafting and vetting agreements related to manufacturing, supply, advertising, service providers, M&A, leave and license, and consultants.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations under the Companies Act, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and other applicable laws.
• Managing legal disputes, litigation, regulatory investigations, and compliance calendars.
• Advising management and the board on governance practices, risk assessments, and regulatory changes.
• Organizing and documenting board meetings, AGMs, statutory registers, and regulatory filings.
• Ensuring related party transaction compliance and adherence to corporate governance standards.
• Maintaining statutory records and ensuring good standing with regulatory authorities.
• Overseeing trademark and IP portfolio management, including registration, renewal, and enforcement.
• Coordinating with external IP counsel on oppositions, notices, and infringement matters.
• Advising marketing and product teams on advertising claims, packaging, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaising with law firms for due diligence, preparing reports, and highlighting sector-specific risks.
• Drafting, vetting, and negotiating SHA, SSA, and related transaction documents.
• Managing relationships with auditors, regulators, and external counsel.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law (LL.B.).
• 6–8 years of experience in legal compliance roles within Nutrition, Pharma, FMCG, or D2C sectors.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, IP management, trademark registration, and compliance audits.
• Strong communication, analytical, research, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary/Stipend
