Escorts Kubota Limited is hiring for the position of Manager - Legal Contract with 7-10 years of experience to join their office in Faridabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the complete contract lifecycle — from understanding business needs to securing approvals, negotiating terms, and executing agreements.
• Draft, review, and finalize NDAs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in all documentation and processes.
• Provide timely legal advice and risk mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and track contracts using a contract management system.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 7–10 years of experience in contract management and compliance.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Experience with contract management software/tools preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
