DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd is hiring for the position of Manager-Legal Contracts to join their office in Thane. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting & Reviewing Contracts: Independently structure, draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of transactional agreements, including IT contracts, strategic alliances, corporate agreements, NDAs, and vendor/service provider contracts, ensuring compliance with company processes.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions, protecting the company’s interests while maintaining strong business relationships.
• Contract Management: Oversee the full contract lifecycle—execution, performance monitoring, amendments, and renewals—while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks in contractual arrangements and implement measures to minimize exposure.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align contracts with organizational objectives and operational requirements.
