Details of the Job/Internship

Zepto is hiring a Manager-Legal Contracts with experience of 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• ​Carefully review and analyze various contracts applicable for various lines of business of the Company, including but not limited to procurement agreements, service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, lease agreements, MSAs, SaaS contracts, terms of service, etc.
• Prepare, draft, and revise contracts to protect the interests of the company, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contract terms with external parties.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to e-commerce and B2B operations. Provide advice and guidance to internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Identify potential legal risks in contracts and business operations. Develop strategies and recommendations to minimize and manage those risks effectively.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Legislative Law.
• 5 years of Corporate Legal experience.

Salary/Stipend
