Details of the Job/Internship

Godrej Industries Group is hiring a Manager – Legal (M&A) with experience of 7–10 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage transaction lifecycle, including coordination with external counsels and stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A, project, and commercial agreements.
• Conduct and assist in legal due diligence processes.
• Draft and review policy documents and standard operating procedures.
• Advise on commercial, contractual, and operational legal matters.
• Maintain digital legal databases and documentation.
• Update stakeholders on legal developments, regulatory changes, and judicial precedents.
• Support knowledge management initiatives.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate from an accredited law school.
• 7–10 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team of a large organisation or MNC.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
