House of Hiranandani is hiring a Manager – Legal (Non-Litigation) with 8-12 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, conducting due diligence, ensuring compliance with laws including RERA, and providing inputs on land-related matters to support business growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal aspects of land acquisition and development projects in Maharashtra.
- Conduct title due diligence and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
- Draft, vet, and negotiate real estate contracts and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice on structuring, risks, and strategy.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Drive efficient contract management and ensure accurate documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized Indian law school.
- 8-12 years of work experience in the Indian real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition matters in Maharashtra.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts and conducting due diligence.
- Thorough understanding of applicable laws, including RERA, stamp duty, and registration.
- High integrity, ethical values, and collaborative approach.
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
