Details of the Job/Internship
Resollect is hiring a Legal Operations Manager with 2–4 years of experience to manage end-to-end case filing operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end case filing operations across multiple cities.
- Ensure timely filing of cases, notices, and related legal documentation.
- Coordinate with lawyers, advocates, courts, and internal stakeholders.
- Track case statuses, hearing dates, filings, and compliance timelines.
- Maintain and audit case records, MIS reports, and dashboards.
- Identify filing gaps, delays, and risks, and resolve them proactively.
- Standardize filing processes and improve turnaround times.
- Act as the single point of accountability for filing accuracy and execution.
- Support audits, internal reviews, and management reporting.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of experience in legal operations, litigation support, or court filings.
- Strong understanding of court procedures, legal documentation, and compliance.
- Experience working with multiple external lawyers or law firms.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage operations across multiple locations remotely.
- Strong Excel, MIS, and case-tracking skills, with legal tech exposure as a plus.
