Details of the Job/Internship

Pacifica Companies is hiring for the position of Manager - Legal & RERA Compliance with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. RERA Registration & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end registration of real estate projects with state RERA authorities.
• Ensure timely submission of documentation, declarations, and compliance forms.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams for RERA filings.

2. Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Update and maintain project details on RERA portals, including milestones and financial disclosures.
• Prepare quarterly/periodic reports and reconciliations in line with RERA norms.
• Monitor project progress and fund utilization against RERA submissions.

3. Liaison & Coordination

• Act as the key liaison with RERA authorities, attending hearings and responding to notices.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, CAs, and legal consultants for required certifications.

4. Documentation & Legal

• Maintain comprehensive records of approvals, certificates, and correspondence.
• Draft and vet agreements (Allotment Letters, Sale Agreements, etc.) for RERA compliance.
• Track legal and regulatory updates, advising management on implications.

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Educate internal teams and stakeholders on RERA requirements and updates.
• Support Sales and CRM teams in handling buyer queries related to RERA compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Real Estate Law, Compliance, or RERA regulations are an added advantage.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in RERA compliance within the real estate or construction sector.
• Hands-on experience with RERA authorities in multiple states (preferred but not mandatory).
