Lexplosion Solutions - Innovating Legally is hiring for the position of Manager - Legal Solutioning with 4-8 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Effectively articulate and sell the Lexplosion value proposition to potential clients.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients; including cold calling, emailing, and securing meetings.
- Create detailed prospect reports and develop impactful pitch presentations.
- Lead or support client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build and nurture relationships across multiple levels in target client organizations.
- Assist in contract negotiations and finalizing standard legal documentation.
- Collaborate with Project/Account Managers to resolve client issues and ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Analyze and report on business development pipelines and deal closures.
- Operate independently and manage responsibilities in a hybrid or remote setup.
- Support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
- (Optional) Contribute blog articles for the company website.
Eligibility
- Graduate with 4–8 years of experience in the legal, compliance, or sales domain.
- Professionals with a Law (LL.B/LL.M), Company Secretary (CS), or Chartered Accountant (CA) background are strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in negotiation, documentation, problem-solving, and report analysis.
