Job Description
Title: Manager - Legal Technology
Location: Hyderabad, India #LI-Hybrid
About the Role:
Novartis Legal and Compliance Solutions team is looking for legal professionals who will be responsible to Individually support contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities by supporting the implementation of CLM tools; assist in stakeholder management for legal teams and other business stakeholders in using various CLM tools and other technologies available in the legal space; along with management of data insights, dashboards, weekly reports, etc.
Role and Responsibilities
- Exhibits strong domain knowledge in various legal technologies, while liaising with Clients. Review business requirement, scope, feasibility, and analysis; and helps and support the team to handle business Clients and contacts (at global and local levels) with limited supervision by Team Lead/Senior Manager
- Supports Legal function and provides value to business using problem-solving and RCA skills. Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions
- Real-time Analysis, Design, Development, Migration, Integration and Testing of application(s)
- Propose new innovative ideas that will enhance legal technology application and solution
- Prepare a detailed schedule for work by analyzing the effort, and dependencies and provide inputs to the overall project schedule to ensure timely delivery
- Participate in the requirement elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify requirement gaps/issues both (functional and non-functional) to produce a comprehensive requirement document
- Identify and prioritize the use cases, and stories and perform AS IS – TO BE analysis, define wireframes, detailed design, and user experience
Eligibility
Minimum requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of 5-8 years in legal technology implementation and analytics
- Strong business focus and Client centric approach
- Experienced in various software development methodologies and latest technologies
- Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Excellent Product knowledge and experience in CLM application core development
- Knowledge about contracting concepts. Experience with contract management and analytics tools (Apttus, Ariba, Kim, eBrevia, Relativity, etc.)
- Ability to manage project plans, creating user guides, conduct UAT, status updates & business review meetings
- Advanced MS-office skills (Especially on MS Word, MS Excel (Macros and VBA coding preferred), MS PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint
Desirable Requirements:
- Fundamentally equipped with compliance processes and tools with relevant work experience.
- Experience with visualization tools like Qliksense/Qlikview, Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to learn and understand data from various sources.
- Pharmaceutical industry domain knowledge.
