Details of the Job/Internship

Atrangii is hiring for the position of Manager - Legal with 4-7 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including but not limited to production services, licensing, acquisitions, and content-related contracts.
• Vet legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
• Advise internal teams on intellectual property rights, content clearance, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with clients, respond to legal notices, and address third-party claims or complaints.
• Handle general non-litigation legal matters, including corporate advisory and contract administration.
• Manage tight timelines and high-volume workloads while demonstrating sound judgment and leadership capabilities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law with a valid license to practice in India.
• 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in media and entertainment law, either in-house or at a reputed law firm.
• In-depth knowledge of intellectual property, contract law, and relevant media regulations.
• Prior experience working with content creators, studios, digital platforms, or production houses.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset.

Salary/Stipend
